1. Data protection in the EIDOSDynamics app (Mac)

Zero Telemetry & 100% Local: The EIDOSDynamics desktop application is designed to ensure your privacy is completely protected.

  • All processing of AI models (LLMs) and vector databases (RAG) takes place exclusively locally on your Apple device.
  • No chat histories, documents, prompts or usage statistics will be transferred to me or third parties (such as OpenAI or Anthropic).
  • The app does not use any telemetry or tracking software.

2. Data protection on this website

2.1 Server log files

The provider of these pages (IONOS SE) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

2.2 Contact via email

If you contact me by email, your email, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing your request. This data will not be shared without your consent.

3. Purchase processing via Gumroad

My software is sold through the external service provider Gumroad, Inc. When you click "Buy," you will be redirected to Gumroad's servers. Gumroad collects your payment information, email address, and billing details to process the purchase and for tax purposes. I do not have access to your full payment information (such as credit card numbers). Gumroad's privacy policy applies.

Under applicable law, you have the right to request information, free of charge, about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing. You also have the right to rectification, blocking, or erasure of this data.
